Our Story

How it all started...

We simply started with a home Bible study and experienced the lives of people that have come to know the LORD. The up and down, the trials and tribulations. From there we grew to a place where we were able to share a building with another church and then after the first year we were able to get a building for our own. Act 2:42 " And they continued steadfast in the Epos tiles Doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in Prayers, and God added to the Church daily." 

Expanding the vision...

Our vision has always been the same. To continually reach this city, this valley, and the utter most parts of the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In many different ways through the ministry of Calvary Socorro using Devine resources to meet Human needs.

Where we are headed...

Ephesians 4:11-12 For the equipping of the saint, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying I the body of Christ. Our goal here is to prefect the saints, to see the work that God has begun in each life till we come to the unity of the Faith.
We are confident of Philippians 1:6 "Begin confident of this very thing, that he who has began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesu Christ." We believe this is the goal of God's church lining up with His will. and glorifies God as the body of Christ.
